After experiencing a lot of issues with our old boiler, and more recently tripping my electrics, I contacted Charlie and he came to inspect the very next morning. He was very honest and knowledgable with the situation.
Unfortunately for us the old boiler wasnât safe and the gas had to be cut off, I had a quote for a new boiler that very same day and the boiler was ordered. Charlie knew we had young children and he moved appointments around to prioritise us. Two days later we had a new boiler and the hot water and heating was up and running.
From start to finish Charlie was professional, went above and beyond, was honest and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend him

Was recommended to Charlie by someone else in the trade.
Had been let down badly by another plumber (from check a trade) going AWOL. Then Charlie made room in his schedule to step in and help.
He replaced shower tray, new wall panels and enclosure, as well as boxing in pipes.
All plumbing seems good so far, end result is that he has done a fab job, attention to detail and finish đ we are very pleased.
Also cleared up after!
Will definitely use Charlie again.
